概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
We report the surface modification of urethane-urea copolymer film by illumination with light in the blue region. Since this type of film does not require any development processes and the modification is irreversible and thermally stable, this material is expected to be the medium used in write-once optical memory. The light intensity required for the surface modification and the thermal stability of the recorded data are discussed.
