The tendency of relative earlier filling of deep veins compared with superficial veins in some children with cases of so-called basal abnormal vascular network was pointed out by Prof. Hoshino at the Congress of Japan Neurological Surgery at 1966. In our cases out of 7 with basal abnormal vascular network, it was found deep veins filled earlier than superficial veins in all 3 cases by seriogram. In this paper, the studies are concerned with two problems: the first, if there are any other disease with earlier filling of deep veins compared with superficial veins except the cases of basal abnormal vascular network (we call this disease tortuous vessel disease or Chiri-Chiri disease by its angiographical configurations) and the other, if there are such cases, are there any specific findings only for Chiri-Chiri disease compared with other disorders?
