The temperature dependence of the Seebeck coefficient and the electrical conductivity were measured for amorphous In-Se films with compositions around In_<40>Se_<60>. The variable-range hopping conduction is dominant nearly up to or slightly above room temperature. Above that temperature activation conduction begins by electrons being supplied from donor-like localized states at about 0.4 eV below the conduction band.
