de Haas-van Alphen Effect and Fermi Surface of USb

The de Haas-van Alphen effect has been meastrred in a semimetallic compound USb frona attemperatures down to 45 naK and in fields up to 13.5 T. The observed three kinds of signalbranches indicate that there exist two sets of ellipsoidal Fernui surfaces with different sizes andone spherical Fertni strr['ace. The measured effective mass ratios m" / mg are in the range between0.9 and 2.7.
