• We have investigated the criterion for the trace-map trajectories to fall onto thequasi-invariant surface for the generalized Fibonacci lattice defined by the recurrencerelation D(n -l- 1) =D(n)'D(n 1)' with positive integers p and q (q # 1). It is shownthat, at infinite generation, the energies corresponding to the quasi-invariant surfaceconstitute a dense subset of the energy spectrum.
