Dynamical behavior of population of excitonic molecules in tlxe kinetic energy spaceis investigated by taking into account the mutual interaction of molecules and theinteraction with the heat bath of acoustic phonons. The potential energy betweenmolecules is assumed to be comastant for momentum transfer q<c7. and zero otherwise. Then in the limit of q./K-+O, where K is the momentttm of the excitonic molecules, thenumber density in the energy space is described exactly by a Folcker Planck equation. The integral differential equation for the number density is solved numerically andsome characteristics of this equation are clarified.
