The electronic structure of electron and hole metallic system is investigated in the framework of random phase approximation. The average energy per an electron-hole pair is calculated against the concentration and the electron-hole mass ratio. The electron-electron and the electron-hole pair correlation functions are evaluated with the parameters of the average separation and the mass ratio. The results of this paper are valid only in high density region, and the case of such a low density as this result is not justified will be investigated beyond r.p.a. by resorting to the variational method in the following paper.
