The transition temperature of clean superconducting superlattice is shown to beraised above that of bulk superconductor, by choosing material parameters properly. This is due to the interference of the wave function xvhich is reflected by the multi-layered structure. However we can not expect this effect in the superconductingsuperlattice in the dirty limit, as the wave character of the Cooper pair is smeared outdue to the impurity scattering.[superconducting superlattice, proximity effect, critical temperature, band struc- ll ture, dirty limit superconductor, layered superconductorll
