Recover>' of the internal friction is studied theoreticallv where the string modelfor a dislocation has been used. It is considered that weak r>inners of dislocationsmove from their orizinal rositions when an ar>r>Tied oscillatin: stress becomesnigh enough to produce full breakawa>'. This motion is caused b>' an elastic forcewhich is arisinx from an interaction between weak r>inners and the oscillatinxdislocation. The interaction is calculated risorouslv and it shows that weakpinners localize at the maximum displacements of the oscillating dislocation.After switching off the oscillation, weak pinners return to their original positionsby a similar elastic force. This process gives an aging law t"' which agrees withan experiment on Nail. Observed wave form of the electric potential differencecaused by charged oscillating dislocations in Nail is discussed also using thisnew model.
