An analytical formula is given for the power spectrum of a one dimensional system which is made up of two components in the Fibonacci sequence. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the formula in the analysis of experimental results, we carried out an experiment, in which resonant oscillation is excited in a weakly damped harmonic oscillator by two species of pulses in the Fibonacci sequence.
