The potential difference induced in Nail and KCI crystals by applying cyclicstress, which is a direct reflection of the motion of charged dislocations, is studied.Dislocations are inferred not to be pinned again at their original positions fromthe analysis of the wave form of the induced voltage. The reason for unpinning isdiscussed from the view point of momentum conservation.
