The symmetry of dynamics near the band-splitting point in chaotic dynamics is studied with the aid of the fluctuation spectrum and the order-q time correlation function introduced by the present authors for clarifying the "static" and "dynamic" statistical characteristics of temporal fluctuations. The clear-cut evidence of the long-lived time correlation is shown to be described as the dynamic scaling law of the order-q time correlation function.
