イネ稲熱病に対する KC10017 の生物活性

イネいもち病に対して強い活性を示すKC10017の殺菌作用の特性を温室で試みた.KC10017を0.5μg/mlの濃度で処理した1日後に病原菌を接種すると発病が100%抑制されたが, 14日後には効果が落ち54%の防除率しか示さなかった.特にKC10017は100μg/mlの処理でも治療および移行効果は認められなかった.ところが, 1.0μg/mlの低濃度ではいもち病菌の付着器や菌糸でのメラニン生合成を完全におさえ, さらに, KC10017で処理してからいもち病菌を接種する際, イネの葉に傷をつけると防除効果が低下し, メラニン生合成を阻害する化合物であることが確認された.
