Fibromatosis is a benign tumorous condition of the soft tissues arising from musculoaponeurotic structures of the body. The commonest site of origin is the anterior abdominal wall. It is rarely seen in the facial region. Some of them are locally aggressive and have a high recurrence rate, following inadequate resection.We report a case of 30-year-old female who had presented with a history of increasing painless exophthalmos and diplopia of the right eye. CT scan revealed involvement of the orbit, paranasal sinuses and pterygopalatine fossa on the right side. The tumor was removed surgically with preservation of the eye ball. The post operative course was uneventful, with no recurrence 18 months later. Pathological examination showed that the collagenous matrix was dominated by mature fibroblasts, which was diagnostic of fibromatosis.
