Seven patients were treated under oxygen high pressure (OHP) with one-shot massive therapy of anti-cancer drugs against their malignant tumors. No increase of side effects was observed under OHP, and no significance was observed in transition of blood concentration by carcinostatic substances under OHP. We could not fully judge the effects of this therapy since there were only seven cases, but we thought there was a life prolongation response.
