In Japan, the ureterosigmoidostomy as a method of urinary diversion is not dominant by reason of difficulty of electrolytes control. But we experienced 3 cases of ureterosigmoidostomy well controlled over twenty years. In some cases, we recommend this procedure as a method of dry urinary diversion.
