New Polytypes in the Co-rich Sm-Co system

The electron microscope observation was made on the Co-rich Sm-Co alloys. Three new polytypes, i.e. Sm_2Co_7-4H, Sm_2Co_7-15R and Sm_5Co_<19>-18R were found and their structures were analyzed.
