Giant Magnetoresistance of Fe-Si-O granular Thin Films

We have investigated the dependence of volume fraction and sputtering gas pressure on the particle size of Fe-Si-O granular systems. The Fe particle size is determined by fitting the Langevin function with the nagnetization curves of the films. The particle size is decreasing with the increase of sputtering gas pressure.
