The excess conductivity ,l o above the superconducting transition temperature wasmeasured for the deposited layer of Pb fine particles prepared by the gas evaporationmethod. For the layer with larger particle size than the coherence length 4 (0) for purelead, the temperature dependence of @o agrees with that of the fluctuation conductivity Ao.. for 3 dimensional system of the Aslamazov-Larkin theory, but for the layerwith smaller particle size than c: (0), ,1 o deviates from @ o... It is considered that thedeviation is due to the fluctuations arising across the many fine particles in the layer.superconductivity, fluctuation, metallic fine particle, percolation network
