The ESR signal observed in small particles of palladium with the passivated surface was inves-tigated in various temperatures and sizes. We assigned the signal to the overlap of the spin waveand conduction electron spin resonance (CESR) of palladium. The spin wave was attributedto conduction electrons with the strong many-body effect in palladium and could be analyzedqualitatively by the theory of Platzman and Wolff. It seems that the rnode analogous to Walker'stype is also excited in a metallic particle of palladium.
