M6ssbauer spectroscopy has been applied to a random mixture with orthogonalspin anisotropies, Fe) ,Co.Cl.-21-1.0. The direction of an "individual Fespin" of Co(Fe)-rich samples deternained from the M6ssbauer spectra was tiltedeven in the antiferromagnetic (AF) phase as well as in the mixed ordering phase.This means that, in the Co(Fe)-rich AF phase, although the spun componentparallel to the easy axis of FeCl.?2FI.0 (CoCl.'2H.0) has no long-range orderaccording to the neutron scattering measurement, the component exists on eachlattice site statically at least in the time scale of "Fe M6ssbauer spectroscopy( -IQ's).The direction of an "individual Fe spin" has been shown to be strongly affectedby the local environment around the Fe spun.
