Neutron diffraction experiunent has been done on a randozaaly naix<cd antifer-roxnagnet with cozavpeting spin anisotz'opies,. Fe( i -.) Co,Cl.. Front the experimentthe spin structures in the tlaree ordered phases which appear in the concentrationversus transition teuavperature phase diagrana, naz?aely, the Fe-rich and Co-richantiferronaagnetic phases and the new phase are determined. The spirn structurein the Fe-rich (Co-rich) phase is essentially identical with that of pure Feel.(CoCl.). In the new phase, although overall spin structure is the saume [15 those ofthe pure naaterials, both of the two spin components are observed which areassociated with coxaapeting anisotropies. The new phase is an OAF plrase in thesense that 111 incliraation of the sublattice uaaagnetizations both fronu the easyaxes of the pure substances means the sinaultaneous ordering of the spin COIIIPO-nents. The teznperature dependences, of the spin conaponents are discussed infavour of the result of the renorumalization group theory.
