The frequency dependence of paramagnetic-to-spin-glass transition temperature7'.( f ) for a short-range Ising spin-glass, Fe.,Mn..,TiO, over a wide frequency rangeextending to - 10" Hz has been examined by the ac-susceptibility measurement(2.0 x 10 Hz 3 f 3 6.65X10'Hz), the M6ssbauer measurement (corresponding tof -6X l0'Hz) and the neutron scattering measure:ment (corresponding to f - 10" Hz).The frequency-dependent phenomenon is analyzed using the Fulcher law, the powerlaw for transition at zero temperature and the power law for a finite transition temper-ature. All laws appear to account for the observed behavior equally well. By examin-ing the values of the parameters obtained front the analysis of experimental dataclosely, we show that the power law for a finite transition temperature, f=f((T.(f)- T')/ 7'.( /)]" with ,f.=2.4 X 10" Hz, zv= 11.5 and T'=2O.5 K, is more appropriatethan the other laws.[spin-glass, short-range Ising system, frec)uency-dependent phenomenon, ]} dynamic scaling.1
