The Mossbauer technique was employed to study the magnetism of Laves phase compounds, (Zr_xNb_<1-x>)Fe_2. The results were obtained as followings; Hyperfine field strengths were about 200kOe in the ferromagnetic compounds and very small value or zero in the antiferromagnetic compounds. The values of the quadrupole coupling constant were slightly different between cubic (ferromagnetic compound) and hexagonal phases (antiferromagnetic compound). Isomer shifts were almost constant over all composition. The magnetic moment, 0.42μ_B for x=0.6 was apparent value.
