The phase diagram of a random mixture of two antiferromagnets with competing spin anisotropies (A_<1 - x>B_x) has been analyzed by extehding the theory of Matsubara and Inawashiro, and Oguchi and Ishikawa. In the model assumed, the anisotropy energies are expressed by the anisotropic exchange interactions. According to this formulation, it has been shown that the concentration dependence of T_N becomes a function of 〓^η_<PQ>(〓^η_<PQ>≡(2zS_P(S_P+1)・2zS_Q(S_Q+1))^<1/2>. J^η_<PQ>/3, where P, Q=A, B; S_P is a magnitude of P-spin, and J^η_<PQ> is a η component of exchange integral between P- and Q-spin). Further, the phase boundary between an AF phase and an OAF (oblique antiferromagnetic) phase at T= 0 K has been shown to be determined by α(≡S_B/S_A), if 〓^η_<PQ> are given. The obtained phase diagrams for Fe_<1 - x>Co_xCl_2, K_2Mn_<1 - x>Fe_xF_4 and Fe_<1 - x>Co_xCl_2・2H_2O are compared with the experimental ones.
