Angular dependence of the transverse magnetoresistance in (TMTSF).CI0.was measured in a-plane down to 0.47 K and II up to 13 T. Two types of Shubni-kov-de Haas (SdH) oscillations were observed for the angle 121 between H andc'-axis less than 60 degrees: One with period 0.015 cos IT ', comparable tothat found in (TMTSF).PF., and newly observed one with (O.0036cos#-l-0.0002) T '. If these correspond to electron- and hole Fermi surfaces respec-tively, they support the compensated as well as the quasi-two dimensional featureof this organic metal.
