The angular distributions of K-shell Auger electrons from carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and neon excited by protons and alpha particles at MeV energy regionhave been measured. In conaparison with the theoretical distribution ofex 3-b cos' 0, the results are isotropic within the experimental accuracy of 8 %. Forthe angular distributions of K Auger electrons from nitrogen and oxygen inducedby N-[N" and 0fN" collisions, no significant anisotropy has been observed.
