• The decay of 24 min "'Pr has been studied with Ge(Li), pure Ge, Nal(Tl)and plastic detectors in singles and coincidence modes. Sources were preparedby the chemical separation, called a rapid paper electrophoresis, from the fissionproducts of "'U. A total of 104 7-ray transitions, 64 of them not reported before,have been observed and 88 transitions of them are incorporated into a levelscheme comprising 32 excited states of "'Nd. Observed Qp value was 4.l5i0.I5MeV. Gamma-gamma directional angular correlation uneasurements in "'Ndhave been performed with 12 cascades each including 453.9 keV 2" ->0" groundstate transition. Spin assignments of 13 levels in "'Nd were deduced. The lowlying-states in "'Nd arc discussed in terms of the quasi band.RADIOACTIVITY "'Pr' [from "'U fissionl; measured E, I., Ep, 7-73,7-y coin, y-7(0). "'Nd deduced levels, Q, log fi, J, n, B(A) ratios. Go(Li)detectors.
