• A spectroscopic study of the decay of ""Pm. to the levels of ""Sm was per-formed by using Go(Li), Nal(Tl) and plastic detectors. The radioactive sourceswere produced from the (n, p) reaction with 14.8 MeV neutrons on enrichedsamarium. targets. The half-lives of two "'Pm isom.ers are 4.30110.37 aid 7.52-50.08 min. One hundred and twenty-nine 7-rays, including 96 new ones, wereobserved and 108 of them. are assigned to the decay schemes for ""Pm including22 new levels. An observed Q, value for the 4.30 min "'Pro was 3.50f0.I0 MeV.Most probable spin assignments of 1" and 4 are proposed for the 4.30 and 7.52min "'Pm, respectively.
