The Magnetic susceptibility and the electrical resistivity in Rh rich Rh-Pd alloys with Fe impurity were measured. The positive polarization of d electrons of Rh-Pd alloys are observed at high temperature. At low temperature, the susceptibility of Fe impurity seems to deverge like log T. This anomalous magnetic behavior of Fe impurity in Rh is interpreted on the basis of the positive spin polarization of d electrons and the negative exchange interaction between the spins of the s electrons of Rh and Fe impurities. The problem associated with the s-d anomaly of Fe impurity in Rh-Pd alloys in much more complicated than that in Cu-(Fe) and Au(V) because of the existence of the d electron in the conduction band. The results of the thermopower and the electron paramagnetic resonance of Fe impurity in Rh are also reported.
