Phase transitions in assemblies of many identical thermodynamical systems are investigated as a natural extension of a recent study of those in assembies of systems with degeneracies by one of the present authors. As the simplest case, the component system is assumed to take only three thermodynamical state in the main part of this paper, except a part in which the asymmetric system is studied. The free energy of the component system is composed of the constant entropy and energy terms. The previous study mentioned above is concerned with the case of the system only with the former term. On the other hand the recent works on spin system by Capel and by Blume treat of the system only with the latter term. Thermodynamics of phase transition in the assembly of many interacting systems which possess their own free energy involving both sorts of terms is investigated in this article.
