The superposed RE distributions of atmospheric γ-ray or hadron bundles are theoretically derived from the distribution functions of transverse momentum and of production height with a factor due to energy loss. From the experimental data of γ-ray bundles (E_γ<ge>0.5 TeV) at Mt. Norikura we estimate the mean transverse momentum at interaction energies 50〜200 TeV in comparison with our theoretical formulae. The result is given as <P_T>=2.7^<+2.4>_<-1.0> GeV/c for "fireball" as a cluster of the most forward several (n<ap>6) secondaries and <p_T> =0.63^<+0.60>_<-0.15> GeV/c for individual secondaries with respect to the collision axis, if the "fireballs" and a leading particle have nearly equal P_T values. Compared with the other results for individual secondaries at lower energies, the present result suggests an obvious increase of the mean p_T value with incident energies.
