Generalization of Sato's Duality Sum Rule and Test of Semi-Local Duality Picture in Inclusive e^+e^- Annihilation Process

It is shown that Sato's duality sum rule which relates the pion form factor (F_π(s)) to the scaling function in the inclusive e^+e^- annihilation process can be improved by taking account of the conservation of G-parity. In addition, a transition form factor expressed in terms of the Drell factor with an odd G-parity (R^<(-)>(s)) is also obtained. They can be considered a test of the semi-local duality picture in this process. |F_π(s)|^2 and the cross section of σ(e^+e^-→π^+π^-π^0) are compared with experimental data.
