The dispersion relations for the inverse of the crossing-even πN forward amplitude M^<(+)> (υ) are derived and used together with ordinary ones to determine the πN Low energy parameters provided that g^2/4π=14.6 and a_1+2a_3<0. The results are a_1-a_3=0.296±0.0066μ^<-1>, a_1+2a_3=-0.035±0.017μ^<-1>, g^2/4πm-M^<(+)>(0)=0.819±0.046BeV^<-1>, λ=0.305±0.004μ and i lim(ν-iλ)/M^<(+)>(ν)=(24.10±0.86)×10^<-3> BeV^2, where M^<(+)>(±iλ)=0, ν the lab. energy of the incident pion, and μ the mass of the pion. Combining our results with Sato's sum rule for σ_<πN>(∞), we get σ_<πN>(∞)=18.8±1.8mb which is in excellent agreement with our previous result obtained from Igi's sum rule for the P and P' Regge parameters.
