A Study of Wall Structure for Bubble and Plate Domains in h.c.p.Cobalt Singie Crystal Foils by 1 MeV High Voltage Lorentz Electron Microscopy

Wall structures for both bubble and plate domains in h.c.p.cobalt single crystal foils((0001)foil surface)are studied by 1 MeV high voltage Lorentz electron microscopy with high resolution.Unequal intensity profiles of the image between two wall parts are found.This feature and the observed change in intensity profiles when the sample is tilted about the axis normal to the wall plane indicate that a wall structure is not of simple one-dimensional Bloch wall.A wall model of the two-dimensional distribution of mangnetization which accounts for the observed feature is proposed.
