Superconductivity in Lithium Intercalated 1T- and 4Hb-TaS_2

Lithium intercalated single crystals of 1T- and 4Hb-TaS_2 were obtained by keeping the crystals in a hexane solution of n-butyllithium at 60〜80℃ for 1〜2 weeks. The electrical resistivities showed that they are metallic and become superconductive below 4.57 K and 4.33 K, respectively.
