• (±)-PGH_1 analogs (9,11-epoxymethano PGH_1,11,9-epoxymethano PGH_1,9,11-epoxycarbonyl PGH_1,and 11,9-epoxycarbonyl PGH_1) were synthesized from 9- or 11-substituted prostaglandin derivatives or their synthetic intermediates. These analogs showed interesting biological activities, different from those of PGH_2 analogs.
