Conductance fluctuations and oscillations with applied magnetic field in small normat and superconductor composite wire systems are studied theoretically. It is shownthat the phase memory of a normal electron vanishes in a superconductor when itslength is much longer than I;. Superconductors, however, greatly affect transportproperties through the Andreev reflection. For example, the conductance of a NSNring oscillates as the function of applied magnetic field with period hc/ 2e, not hc/ e.[mesoscopic system, conductance fluctuation, NS system A-B oscillation, phase Il coherencel
