Facet Shape and Crystal Profile of Complex Crystals

We introduce a coarse-grained terrace-step-kink model which includes multispeciessteps. The multispecies step system expresses a st?rface of a complex crystal such asthe ice crystal. The surface free energy and the equilibrium crystal shape arecalculated. We find that the facet shape is given Icy an arithrnelic mean of those forconstituent species. The multispecies system also e;<hibits the (iruber-Mullins-Pokrovsky-Talapov behavior at the facet edge.Iequilibrium crystal shape, interface tension, facet, vicinal surface, roughening, lg terrace-step-kink, complex crystall
