Gamma-gamma angular correlations on 20 cascades in the decay of 12 min "'Ndhave been measured. The spins of levels at 426.4, 507.9, 524.3, 532.0, 840.9 and1133.1 keV in "'Pm have been uniquely determined to be 1/2, 5/2, 3/2, 7/2, 3/2and 5/2, respectively. The E2/Ml mixing ratios of 6 transitions have been derived.The obtained results have been discussed on the basis of the rotation-vibration coupl-ing model.IRADIOACTIVITY "'Nd[from "'Nd(n,7)]; measured 77(0)', "'Pm deduced J, 1f E2/Ml mixing ratios.
