Resonant inelastic scattering of 7-rays by A-shell electrons due to 3-photon pro-cesses is investigated theoretically. Motivation of' the present study is to investigatethe DT peak found experimentally by Namikawa and Hosoya in the scattering of59.57 keV 7-rays by A-shell electrons of metallic Cu. Two kinds of terms, which arethe dominant resonant terms, are calculated.
