Fluctuations and therunodynarnic qtr;rntities of'spin density wave (SDW) states with a qtrarter-filled band have been ex?ttnined in the presence of the anion potenti?tl in organic conductors. Thecompetition between the comtnensurability energy and the anion potential in the SDXV st?tte isdemonstrated explicitly by calculating plaase di?tgrarn, collective modes, sjcectral weights andsusceptilcilities.
