Based on the phase l[ami1tottian for interacting chains in the charge densitywave state it is showua that the intrachain commensurability energy leads to non-monotonical dependence on the misfit parameter of the three-dimensional order-ing temperature due to ixtterchain couplittg. This theoretical resutt can explain'the pressure depettdence of the upper transition temperature of TTF-TCNQdeduced from the conductivity measuremettt, By fitting to experimental data, wecould determine the physical pau'ameters of the system, the Fermi extergy, thecommensurability emtergy autd tlte ittterchain interaction euvergy.
