Effects of Intervalley Impurity Scattering on the Non-Metallic Behavior in Two-Dimensional Systems

Intervalley impurity scattering is shown to reduce the prefactor of the Iogarith-mic term of conductivity in two-dimensional raxxdom systems. The effectivecarrier number deduced from the Hall coefficient, however, does naot co?atainlogarithmic term as in a single valley system.
