A calculation is presented of the relaxation rate T . ' between the lower two bran-ches of the atomic hyperfine states in spin-polarized atomic hydrogen HL below theBose-Einstein condensation temperature T.. We find that 7'. ' has a maximum betwccn T=0 and T., which is due to appearance of additiortal relaxation processesmediated by atoms in the condensed state. Theoretical estimation of T. is of the orderof a minute with a magnetic field - 100 kG and with density of HL - 10" atoms/cm'.
