Nested spin-fluctuation theory on the basis of the itinerant-localized duality formalism is applied to a three-dimensional metal with paramagnetic ground state. The results for the resistivity, the Hall coefficient, the specific heat, the spin susceptibility and the spin-lattice relaxation rate are in qualitative agreement with their strange behaviors observed in V_<2-y>O_3 under pressure which has been thought of as a typical doped Mott insulator so far.
