Using a set of variables including the intrinsic angular momentum (IAM) density to describe the local state of superfluid ^3He-A with IAM, hydrodynamic equations are derived according to thermodynamics of irreversible processes. The importance of the role of the angular velocity of local rotation, which is conjugate to the IAM density is stressed. On this basis the interrelation between the previous theories of various effects of rotation is discussed.
