Deviations from Dynamic Scaling : The Ultrasonic Attenuations in Liquid ^4He near the Lambda Point

It is shown that the deviations from the dynamic scaling, observed in the frequency dependence of the ultrasonic attenuation α_λ(ω) just above T_λ of liquid ^4He and the temperature dependence of the relaxation time τ(t) of the order parameter, are interpreted in a unified way on the basis of the dynamic renormalization group analysis of Model F introduced by Halperin, Hohenberg and Siggia.
