Feruaai liqtrid description of' heavy Ferunions with the f' - f" - f' configttration is studied bytrsing the slave boson techniqtre. In particttlar, it is shown tltat a nexv type of Fernui liquid stateis realized in the case where flue f' configtrral,ion with a singlet crystal field grotrnd state ispredouminant. Narnely, the qtrasiparticle contribtrtion g" to tlae raaagnetic sttsceptibility is notenhanced xvhile the density of states of' qtrasiparticle is enhanced producing the heavy Fermions.A relevance to an anonualotrsly snuall redtrction of the Knight shif't across the strpercondtrctingtransition observed in UPt3 is disctrssed.
