Josephson equation in rotatig vessels is derived, in a unfied way for ^4He-II and ^3He-A, by explicity taking account of the effect of rotation. Although the equation thus obtained for ^3He-A is similar to those of previous authers, the physical meaning of each term in the equation is determined without ambiguity. It is pointed out, in particular, that the chemical potential can have dependence on ω (angular velocity), that one can find the value of the partial angular momentum (∂L_0/∂N)_T through Gauge Wheel effect, and also that our equation includes effects non-linear in the rotating frequency.
